Order Procedure on Our Website

This knowledge-base page will show you how to order on our website, and get your products delivered successfully. The steps are simple and straightforward. Kindly follow the procedure below:

Step 1: Add Products to Basket

The first step is to visit our products e-commerce page and place an order. You can add as many products to your basket as you desire.

Here is a list of our products:

1. Turmeric Curcuma Powder
2. Vitamin A Custard
3. Citrus Lemon Powder Tea
4. Plantain Flour
5. Tomato Powder
6. Onion Powder
7. Onionpep Powder
8. Avocado Powder
9. Ginger Powder
10. Garlic Powder

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

After you have added your desired products, proceed to CHECKOUT. Click on the CHECKOUT button just below the list of selected products. If you have a COUPON CODE, add it in the COUPON BOX before the checkout button.

After this, you will be taken to a new page to fill in your details as follows:

1. Address
   • This is where you are or where you want the product to be delivered to or
2. Delivery
   

   You have some options here:

   1. ASFoods Direct PickUp: Choose this if you want to come to our head office to pick up your products.
   2. ASFoods Express (Ibadan): This is a fast-track delivery speciically for Ibadan/Oyo State residents. Choose this if you want your products delivered very fast.
   3. ASFoods Courier (Ibadan): This is a normal delivery option speciically for Ibadan/Oyo State residents.
   4. ASFoods Courier (Outside Ibadan): This is a normal delivery option speciically for OUTSIDE IBADAN/OYO STATE residents.
3. Payment

   You have two (2) options here:

   1. ASFoods Bank Transfer: This option should be selected if you are making payment through a bank transfer.
   2. ASFoods Invoice: Select this option if the payment is through deposit in the bank.

Step 3: Upload Your RECEIPT!

This is almost the most important aspect of your order procedure. DO NOT FORGET TO UPLOAD YOUR RECEIPT as this is the evidence that you've paid for the product. YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED/DELIVERED WITHOUT YOUR RECEIPT.

How to Upload Receipt

• Scroll to the buttom of the summary of order and Click on the UPLOAD PAYMENT RECEIPT button
• Next is to fill in the details of your receipt on the receipt page.
• After this, your ORDER SHIPPING/DELIVERY begins.
